FAQ - Forgotten Password
How to reset your password if you've forgotten it.
On the login screen, follow the instructions below:
- Go to our website and select the 'Login' link which is located on the top right hand side of the home page. See Image Below.
- Click on "Request New Password".
- Enter your email address where prompted.
- Click on Email New Password.
- You will see a message appear on screen
- You will then be sent an email with your login details OR a link to take you to the password reset section.
- Go to your email and follow the instructions within that email.
- Subsequently when you go to login, use your email address and the password you have chosen.
