- Your Winery and Contact Information
- Details for each of the 3 dozen (1 doz white & 2 doz red) wines you will supply
- Collection Information
- Your selection of supporter benefits
Once submitted we will arrange for the collection of your wines, issue of tickets and other supporter benefits.
We have limited wine partner positions available and we will accept on a first come first served basis.
Please complete these details by no later than the 31 August 2019 and wines will be collected early October 2019.
