Over $23,000 of wine donated for 2016 Wine Industry IMPACT Awards
The awards have also seen support from a number of wineries who have donated wine to the event for the expected sell out guest list off 300 industry leaders to enjoy. "We've been overwhelmed by the support from over 15 wine producers who have donated a combined retail value of over $23,000 worth off wine for the event."said Matthew.
McLaren Vale's Haselgrove Wines CEO Christophe Forel said "It looks like it's going to be a great night and we're more than happy to have our brand associated with such an important industry event". With a full compliment of over 40 wines to be enjoyed there is sure to be plenty of discussion about the wines that are aimed to support the networking on the night.
Some of the more notable wines include Patrick of Coonawarra 2006 Grande Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon (RRP $125), Head Wines 2014 Ancestor Vine Grenache (RRP $100), John Duval Wines 2014 Entity Shiraz (RRP $50) along with a number interesting alternate varieties along with traditional styles from a range of producers."We have received exceptional support with a great list of wines for the event and have released the full wine list on our event page for guests to peruse prior to the event" said Matthew.
The dinner will present six awards on the night covering the value chain areas of grape growing, wine making, packaging, distribution & logistics, marketing & communication and tourism and is attracting a growing business guest list that is expected to reach its capacity of 300 attendees. "The event is a whole of industry inclusive, accessible and newsworthy event that will provide the highest-value networking opportunity available for grape and wine industry leaders" concluded Matthew.
