Understanding Trade Events - WISA Commissions research to deliver value to industry

WISA has commissioned two pieces of research to better understand the wine industry trade show / trade event market with a view of working with all industry stakeholders to grow and build a more comprehensive and valuable offering.

Firstly WISA has commissioned Harrison Research to conduct a survey of our key stakeholders, mainly focusing on industry visitors to events.  As a result, industry stakeholders will receive an email with a link to a questionnaire in the coming weeks.  You simply click on the link and complete the survey and it is returned automatically to Harrison Research.

Please note that all of the information provided in the survey is absolutely confidential under the Privacy Act Legislation and cannot be passed on or attributed to any one survey participant.

The second part of our research is partnering with the Flinders University Business School and New Venture Institute to conduct a select number of trade style interviews with exhibitors. The interviews will be conducted by 3rd year students using a method know as Jobs To Be Done that utilises purchase decision-making analysis to better understand delivered value.

We look forward to the outcomes of these two projects and using the findings to work with industry to improve outcomes for all stakeholders.
